By using this website or requesting a review from LogicVector Path Advisory, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or send a request.
Who we are
LogicVector Path Advisory provides financial audits of applications for tax filing portals, including pre-filing reviews, e-Invoice trail audits, SST portal filing reviews, employer return application audits, corporate e-Filing pack reviews, and exception and amendment reviews. Our practice address is 95 Jln Rasah, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, 70300, Malaysia.
Informational site
This website describes services and planning fees only. It does not offer online checkout, payment processing, or automated booking confirmation. A binding engagement begins only when both parties agree in writing (email acceptable) to scope, fees, and timing.
Review requests
Forms on this site collect contact details and filing context so we can respond. Submitting a form is not a contract. We may decline work that falls outside application-audit work, that would create a conflict, or that we cannot staff in the stated window.
Professional boundary
Our findings letters are advisory. They are not a statutory audit opinion, a tax computation we warrant as complete, or a substitute for your tax agent’s filing responsibility unless a separate engagement letter assigns filing support. You remain responsible for the accuracy of source records you provide and for any portal submission made in your name.
Intellectual property
Website content and our original findings formats remain our property until otherwise assigned in a client agreement. Client working papers and portal extracts stay the client’s property. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without permission.
Confidentiality
We treat tax packs, payroll extracts, and portal screenshots as confidential and use them only to deliver the agreed review, unless disclosure is required by Malaysian law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse this site—including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, submit malicious content, or impersonate others when contacting us.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. For contracted reviews, liability terms are set in the engagement letter. Website content is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith negotiation; failing that, the courts of Negeri Sembilan have jurisdiction.
